A cleanliness campaign and tree plantation was done in the premises of Ranka police station under the leadership of Alok Kumar Chaudhary, coordinator of Aryabhatta Science Club and Mohit Kumar Chaudhary, volunteer of Nehru Yuva Kendra, Ranka, to commemorate the 75th Independence Day. Initiating the program, the coordinator of Aryabhatta Vigyan Club, Ranka welcomed everyone and told about the efforts being made by the local youth group in the development of Ranka. Mohit Kumar Chaudhary, volunteer of Nehru Yuva Kendra, Ranka, Ravi Ranjan Kumar, Avinash Kumar, Sonu Kumar of Aryabhatta Science Club present in-charge of the police station Rajeshwar Upadhyay and other constables were honored for their contribution to the society by giving them saplings. Plants were planted in the police station premises during the programme. On the occasion, the blood donors who donated blood in the blood donation camp organized by the club were honored with certificates and smiley balls from the station in-charge. At the end of the program, a cleanliness drive was conducted in the campus in which the club members and police station officers, youth volunteers collected the plastic waste present in the premises and took it to the block premises for disposal by Rajesh Madhesia, the head representative of Ranka Kala Panchayat. gone.
