The registration start for World Ozone Day Quiz 2020

About the Quiz:
On the occasion of World Ozone Day (16 September), Vigyan Prasar in collaboration with the South Asian Meteorological Association (SAMA) in collaboration with Vigyan Prasar an institution under the department of science and technology and India Meteorological Department and Indian Meteorological Society. organizing the World Ozone Day Campaign.

Date and Time of the Quiz:


Eligibility: 
For the students of class VIII to XII from all South Asian countries (India, Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Maldives, Nepal, Pakistan and Sri Lanka).

Registration:
Students need to register before attempting the quiz. Click here to register. 

Prize:
  1. All students will get the participation certificates.

  2.  Only the top 10% of students from each country will get the meritorious certificate.

  3. The list of such students will be announced on World Ozone Day – 16 September 2020, 17hrs (IST) on the website of https://vvm.org.in as well as on the FB page of SAMA.
Certificate of Participation:
win a meritorious certificate.  However, each student can collect a participation certificate.  Please test your knowledge.
 
How to join the Quiz:
You can join Quiz by login using credential provided after registration of this quiz.

Important Point:
  • The Ozone Quiz consists of 25 questions with multiple choice and needs to be answered in 15 minutes.
  •    The Ozone Quiz is active from 00 hrs (IST) of 10 September to 15 September 1700 hrs (IST).
  •  Please read the study material on the Importance of Ozone Layer, placed here before attempting
  • The quiz is open only for the students of class VIII to XII std from all South Asian countries (India, Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Maldives, Nepal, Pakistan and Sri Lanka).
