National Quiz Competition 2020  organized successfully



In this lockdown with the motive of popularizing ISRO’s Mission Aditya not only among students but also among the general public, with support of Vigyan Prasar NETwork of Science Clubs (VIPNET), and Raman Science and Technology Foundation, Aryabhatt Science Club Ranka organized National Quiz Competition 2020 which will also much helpful to the utilization of time by students to learn about the ISRO’s Mission Aditya, ISRO and Dr Vikram Sarabhai. Club Coordinator Sh. Alok Kumar Chaudhary worked as the Controller of examination of this national quiz Competition 2020
   In this Competition, anyone could be part (no age limit) and participation in this was also free of cost using a smartphone by following COVID 2019 instruction by Government. Top percentile participant will be awarded the prize, certificate and membership of science club.
In this competition about 36000 participants participated from all India they not only participated in the competition but also aware about ISRO’s Mission Aditya, ISRO and the contribution of Dr Vikram Sarabhai in Indian Space sciences, which will provide a great tribute to Dr Vikram Sarabhai on the birth centenary, will encourage the student to make a career in the space research for the nation development. Also, student enhanced their knowledge regarding advance science of ISRO, Mission Aditya in this lockdown while no school is open. During the participation of Quiz participants.
In this online Quiz Competition, about 9000 participants completed the quiz and 217 participant won the quiz as the Gold Medal Winner, Silver medal winner and Bronze medal winner and all the winners were felicitated in a digital event on the Result and Felicitation of National Quiz Competition in the presence of the Dr Kapil K Tripathi (Scientist F, Vigyan Prasar), Sh. Jayant P Joshi (Scientist of ISRO), Dr Shanti Ram Bhoraniyan (Director RSTF) and Mr Alok Kumar Chaudhary (Coordinator Aryabhatt Science Club Ranka). All the eligible participants were awarded the appreciation certificate and winner was awarded medal and certificate of Merit. Various feedback received from the participant to join such event again and again and various other people liked the same.
